Ingredients:
1 and a half cups of plain yogurt (I use fat free)
1/4 cup fresh Thai basil finely chopped
4 garlic cloves finely chopped
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Mix the above together. Then cover the prawns (shell removed) with it. Grill and enjoy!
