Taco Fajitas Recipe with Organic Beef Meatballs

The fun of meatballs… the taste of tacos… the joy of making your own fajita wraps… oh my! Each meatball tastes like a taco and is a fun way to liven up a dinner classic.

Ingredients

1lb of lean organic ground beef

1 tablespoon of chili powder

1 tablespoon of seasoning salt

1 bunch fresh cilantro

4 garlic cloves

1½ cups shredded lettuce

1 tomato, diced

½ cup pickled onions

½ cup organic shredded cheese

1 cup guacamole

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the beef, chili powder and seasoning salt. Place the cilantro and garlic cloves in a food processor/chopper; run the processor and add to the beef mixture. Mix well and roll into mini meatballs. Pan fry on their own with no oil. Serve with any fixings you wish.
